If you are a Patient at one of our Subscriber clinics or with a healthcare provider affiliated with Pediatric Village, your clinic or provider controls your patient information, including contact, billing, and health records. If you have created an account to book appointments via our platform, your authentication credentials (e.g., email and password) are managed by Pediatric Village. Why We Collect Personal Information
Pediatric Village collects personal information to deliver and improve our Services, manage subscriptions and billing, support accessibility and relevance of content, and communicate about features and promotions. • Pediatric Village Role: We store and safeguard data on behalf of Subscribers. We access it only on their instruction, for support, or as required by law.

• Authentication Data: Pediatric Village manages login credentials used by Patients to access multiple clinics. We do not share this data without patient consent.

• Data Storage: Data is stored in regional data centers. In some cases, services like SMS reminders may use U.S.-based infrastructure.

• Your Rights: Patients may have rights to access, correct, or delete data, subject to applicable laws. Contact your provider for requests related to patient records; contact us for issues related to authentication credentials.

 

Sharing Information

• We do not sell your personal data.
