Alison Goodrich MS OTR/L

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Alison received her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in 1995 and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2001. She thought when she entered graduate school that she would work with the elderly upon graduating, but once she learned the magic of growth through play, she embraced pediatric occupational therapy and has never looked back. She has experience in a variety of occupational therapy settings; schools and preschools, home based therapy, hospital NICU and outpatient clinic. Her love is  helping children where “occupation” really takes place, in the natural environment. Jillian Marcucci OTD, OTR/L, QMHP

Pediatric Occupational Therapist & Mental Health Specialist

Jillian has been a practicing occupational therapist since 2021, with a post-professional doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. Over the past two years, Jillian has served as a program director for residential treatment homes, specializing in aiding adults with mental health challenges to acquire the skills necessary for safe community living and in November made the transition back to community based pediatric care. Prior to delving into her graduate studies in occupational therapy, Jillian worked as a behavior interventionist, offering support to children and families in their home environments.

Throughout her academic journey, Jillian remained deeply involved in the special education system, providing support to classrooms spanning from pre-school to 8th grade. She honed her skills through two distinct OT internships, one specializing in early intervention and the other with pediatric mental health. These experiences allowed her to refine her OT skills while forging meaningful connections with these specific populations.

Jillian's passion has always revolved around working with children and their families, striving to enhance their quality of life and assist them in achieving their desired lifestyles. Her approach is rooted in understanding the uniqueness of each family, fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where open and honest communication can flourish.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jillian finds immense joy in exploring the stunning Pacific Northwest with her dog Luna, engaging in activities such as camping, hiking, and discovering cute new restaurants.
