What is a Postpartum Doula?

A Postpartum Doula provides judgement free,  non medical, nurturing support to the mother and her personal support team. These services are provided typically within the 4 trimester (0-12 weeks after birth) and can include support and education with infant feeding and soothing, sibling adjustment, light housework, meal preparation, and emotional support. The Doula is there to respect, nurture, and empower mothers and thier support team on this wildly wonderful journey of parenthood.
